Description
“I have always found it difficult to journal following a “dear diary” format. I would keep it up for two days and then fall off the wagon. Two years ago, I started making daily drawings that unpacked a feeling I was experiencing. I began sharing them online, and to my surprise, many of the feelings I thought were uniquely mine resonated with people around the world. I recently realised that this was journaling – my way. This book turns my journaling into a sort of “adult children’s book” – a book you can pick up and read at random or all in one sitting. I hope that by sharing how I feel, it might help someone else process their own emotions and feel less alone. Sharing my journal pages over the past two years has certainly made me feel less alone.”
