Robin Aitken was a BBC reporter for 25 years, latterly on The Today Programme. Since leaving the BBC he has published several books about the Corporation. He regularly writes on media matters for The Daily Telegraph, The Spectator and other newspapers and magazines. He lives in Oxford where he founded the Oxford Food Bank, for which he was awarded an MBE.
